• Western route: Dobanovci, Šimanovci, Ruma, Sremska Mitrovica, Kuzmin, Šid, Batrovci and Batrovci border crossing
• Southern route: Niš, Leskovac, Grdelica, Vladičin Han, Vranje, Bujanovac, Preševo and Preševo border crossing
• Eastern route: Niš, Bela Palanka, Pirot, Dimitrovgrad, Gradina and Gradina border crossing
• Southwestern route: Čačak, Požega, Užice, Prijepolje, Brodarevo and Gostun border crossing

A1 (E-75) motorway – northern and southern corridor: Horgoš, Subotica, Bačka Topola, Novi Sad, Belgrade, Smederevo, Velika Plana, Jagodina, Ćuprija, Paraćin, Niš, Leskovac, Grdelica, Vladičin Han, Vranje, Bujanovac, Preševo and the Preševo border crossing.

A2 „Miloš Veliki“ motorway and western Serbia: Belgrade, Surčin, Obrenovac, Ub, Lajkovac, Ljig, Takovo, Gornji Milanovac, Preljina, Čačak, Pakovraće, Lučani and Požega, with further routes toward Užice, Zlatibor, Prijepolje and Montenegro.

A3 (E-70) motorway and western international route: Belgrade, Dobanovci, Šimanovci, Pećinci, Ruma, Sremska Mitrovica, Kuzmin, Adaševci, Šid, Batrovci and the Batrovci border crossing.

A4 (E-80) motorway and eastern international route: Niš, Niš East, Malča, Bela Palanka, Pirot, Dimitrovgrad, Gradina and the Gradina border crossing, with transit continuing through Bulgaria.

A5 (E-761) Morava Corridor: Pojate, Ćićevac, Kruševac, Koševi, Trstenik, Vrnjačka Banja and Vrba, as well as Adrani, Katrga and Preljina. Once the remaining Vrba–Adrani section is completed, the corridor will connect Pojate and Preljina continuously.

International route toward Hungary, Austria and Germany: Belgrade, Novi Sad, Subotica, Horgoš and Kelebija, continuing through Hungary toward Austria, Germany and other countries in Central Europe.

International route toward Croatia, Slovenia and Western Europe: Belgrade, Ruma, Sremska Mitrovica, Šid and Batrovci, continuing through Croatia and Slovenia toward Austria, Germany, Switzerland and other countries in Western Europe.

International route toward North Macedonia and Greece: Niš, Leskovac, Vranje, Bujanovac, Preševo and the Preševo border crossing, continuing through North Macedonia toward Greece.

International route toward Bulgaria: Niš, Bela Palanka, Pirot, Dimitrovgrad and the Gradina border crossing, continuing toward Sofia and other destinations in Bulgaria.

International route toward Montenegro: Čačak, Požega, Užice, Zlatibor, Nova Varoš, Prijepolje, Brodarevo and the Gostun border crossing, as well as the route via Prijepolje toward the Jabuka border crossing.
